A bit more productive than Spain and with plenty to do Lisbon became a home of sorts for us. With a very safe and homey feel this city of salt cod and port wine will never be forgotten.

Sintra, Portugal 13.09.14

A day trip to Sintra, famous for castles. We didn't see any castles since they were all buried behind expensive ticket machines... Instead we found a backroad into the gardens and discovered hidden paths to the most beautiful views in Portugal.

Cascais, Portugal 21.09.14

Day trip to Cascais where the rich and beautiful go. We god tired of the pretty sidewalks and instead went climbing the edges of the infamously steep cliffs, finding ourselves soaked from waves 4 times our height!
